Those rolls are light, impossibly airy, with a delicious crust, and they beg for a pat of butter. What could I do? Then the mixed grill I ordered came with... heavenly home made fries. The kicker was, of course, the Natas. If you don't know, don't ask, they will bring any dieter to his or her knees.<br /><br />It's OK, I'm back on track. Still managing to follow my new rules (minimal meat, minimal dairy, no refined sugars, no bread, one serving of fruit per day, minimal starchy or sugary vegetables, lots of other vegetables, lots of water, no soft drinks including diet drinks. Carb goal < 100g/day). Most of the fruit and vegetables are consumed as juice first thing in the morning. Rarely hungry anymore.
