- The wonder that the first snowfall of the winter season always inspires.
- Christmas morning is in sight.
- I managed to keep the scoot commute rolling to within two commutes of winter's onslaught.
- Once winter gets going, each day brings the 2012 scoot commute one day closer.

we don't envy you nor your snow. I hope it stays on your side of the Rockies

Riding the Wet Coast
Well, given the geographical location you probable had a long riding season already...
I am still not friends with the white stuff... if it just wasn't that cold and slippery... ;-)
David,
I hope the winter goes by fast! Once we hit Christmas we seem to fly by into spring, but then again I didn't have a motorcycle or scooter last winter, so I don't know what it feels like to 'wait' for riding season to come again.
I am still moto commuting to work, some days by motorcycle others by scooter, it all depends on the whim of the moment. The scooter keeps me drier on the really wet days. Today we had a relatively decent sunny day, albeit chilly. I decided to take a long lazy ride out to Sidney and treat myself to lunch. I won't complain about the rain anymore because it means I am not having to deal with snow or the threat of black ice. I suffered through long snowy northern winters for 17 years and don't miss em. I hope you get a chinook or two that you can get your scoot out.
