Terror incident

Terror incident on our street, Susan and I are fine. 10 people are dead, 15 are injured. Seems to be a senseless criminal act motivated by alienation and a desire for revenge against society.

Words are inadequate in times like this.

What a horrific incident! I heard about it on the BBC news this morning and immediately thought of you. Si glad you're both safe. Take care, my friend.

Good to hear that you are safe and well. Terrible shame that these things are happening in this day and age.

I was glad when I received your message that you and your family were safe. Looked like some very disturbed soul was aiming for suicide by cop. Due to the outstanding action of the arresting police officer he didn't get his easy way out and will now have to face justice.

Glad to know you and Susan are okay ... my heart goes out to those who are not. It has become a crazy world. Perhaps if we stopped giving credence to these fanatics they would loose their inspiration.

Yikes, glad to know you are okay. In the Censored States of America, we didn't even hear of the incident on the news or online.

Thank you everyone who commented.

At this moment, as I write this, there is a vigil on Yonge street taking place at Mel Lastman square. 25,000 people are reported to be in attendance. Susan and I should be there. Unfortunately my study regimen is relentless and I can’t afford to stop. Words cannot express the grief the country, our city, and our community is experiencing. I am deeply saddened, and feel remorse for not being there this evening. Your comments are truly a blessing.
